Server lately

For me personally server has been having delay for over two months now alltho' my latency is under 20, recently we re getting server kick and battleground kick and no one seems to know how to fix it, today I log in and all my equipment manager builds were deleted on my alliance chars, what exactly are you guys doing in this updates and maintenances?
