Is it worth getting back on Frostwolf ?

How does one objectively answer? What are your criteria to define "worth"? BG's pop continuously all day, arena pop slightly less in the morning (EU time), and greatly during the rest of the day. Very scarce PvE outside of a few guilds. Dungeons before level 90 are almost nonexistant.
