Hello, admins, GMs, staff. I was playing WoW, as usual, and then World server got down. I was waiting like 10 minutes for it to get back, and then I went to watch something on YouTube. When I got back, I saw I got disconnected from the server, and now I have the queue, and I probably can not get in time for the Guild run. Can you please do something about it? Like, I'm in a real need to get into the server. Please, and thank You.

Server crashes are inevitable and the queue is definitely not going away. If it's really that important for you, either donate once to skip the queue permanently like most of us, or keep trying to get back to the server ASAP instead of going to youtube.

It's a question that was it a crash or was it a Staff's mainteance. As it happens to them, it happens to me. And this is not the first time this happened to me, but now I'm in a situation where I need to get into the server ASAP. Maybe I don't have money to donate, maybe my country is not eligible for donations. There's always a reason for something.

If you can't donate, there is nothing you can do to skip queue. Staff members won't let you temporarily skip queue, if that's what you are asking.

There is a period of time which allows you to skip the queue again after a dc, maybe 5mins. If you miss that window (due youtube), you have to start to queue again from the end of the line. Don't miss it next time or donate at least 1x no matter which amount of donation.
