Technical Missing item Backspace

Missing item Backspace ... Sometime items Coming back from mailbox and now can not find It , already checked bank,mailbox,Backspace but nothing....
1. Did not deleted
2. no one have my acc

Don`t know what to do...

Can anyone help me?

Items are coming back after 30 days or when you return them. This works 1x, from the sender to the recipient, and back. Mail between accounts is often delayed by 1 hour (or chars which aren't in the same guild).

If you send items back and delete one of the chars after, you get mails without attachements.

Thanks, But i do not know how i lost it... i think Backspace was full i just see item is not in bag / bank / mailbox

It should be in your mail box after 1h waiting. Try to empty your mail so that older mails can reach you. If it's still not in your box after 1h/clearing your mailbox then the items are lost.

Only items purchased with coins can be restored. If it was not purchased with coins, you won't get it back unless it gets automatically sent back to your mailbox. But since it has been 2 days already, that won't happen.

yep Purchased with coins, idk whats happen... all time getting back from mailbox if backspace is full but now...

If it shows only ban appeal it means you have not donated. And you get coins from donating. If you really bought the item with coins, you can try to send an email to [email protected]

First of all, bug tracker should contain general bugs and not specific problems like: "Can't log-in" or "where is npc xy".

The whole case is a bit weird: Backspace purchased items all the time... The only logical conclusion is that you purchased an item in the shop and it was sent back after 30 days to warmane(between sender and recipiant). Another theory is that you tried to backspace 2x or more. In both cases I'm not sure if warmane can do anything for you after 30 days and more...
