Why are GM's not being able to help peaople with such an easy task like giving them an item in the mail when there is a proof that they earned it? I farmed Thunderfury for a year and couldnt loot it, took a ss, opened a ticked and got "Unfortunately we are unable to assist you with your issue as we do not provide support for such cases." Who does then? What is this bullshlt warmane?
