Didnt get coins for selling my warior

Hello so here is the problem I made ticket in game and on web side and nobody replied to me ..my problem is I sold my warrior and didn t get coins on my account so can somebody help me!! Thank you very much.

Ingame ticket won't help but website ticket is the right place for that. It can take up to 2-3 days for them to reply.

Are you sure someone actually bought the character? If you put it on trade, it doesn't mean that it's sold. Another player still has to buy it before you get the coins. If nobody buys it, the character is returned to your account. In any case, you should get a reply to your website ticket with more details and they will most likely give you the coins if the character was actually sold.

Hi,yea im sure its sold because its in characters ive traded i cant get it back but so its like this

name blekstena dwarf warrior faction alliance,realm outland, lvl 70,Achievement Points 0 ,,Currency +122 coins ,,,and fee 21 coins
so i think its sold if im not wrong ,,sonow i need o wait or?

Then wait for a reply to your website ticket. That should fix the problem.
