Technical login problems in game as well as website authentication code

Been trying to login several times on my main account on website and i'm not getting the authentication code via email and when i try to login game i'm stuck at connecting.
Icecown realm.

passed the connecting pop-up but not getting any step two authentication code at email address.

I tried to create a new account for a friend and she's not getting any activation mails, tried with several email addresses, might be a related issue?
