WotLK Choppy Game Play

I have notice that my game play seems a bit choppy. It's not smooth as it should be. Any idea on how to fix this or try to fix it? I tried playing on lower graphics settings but that didn't help.

I know my video card can handle it as I didn't have this issue on another server.

Is the lacency high or the fps low? if the fps is low then try dissabling addons to see if it's related to that.
