WotLK Lost Characters

I haven't played for a couple of years and it seems as though my characters were deleted, my characters name was Savanthion, he was a pandaren and you can find him on the Armory but he doesnt show up in my list.

You have added wotlk prefix to your thread but your character is on MoP realm. Maybe you are trying to find it on wotlk realm?

If that's not the problem and it's really missing, make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected]

I had multiple characters on multiple realms its just that was the main one i remembered and when i go to the support ticket all that shows up is ban appeal which ive never been banned

Only premium accounts have other ticket types. You can send an email instead.

just a question as i haven't been around in a couple years, what is a premium account because i made different tickets before and the way it was before was just donation coins and points but i cant even claim points anymore it says i have no points to claim

If you have donated, your donation rank on website is premium or higher. If you had other ticket types before, maybe it's not the right account?

To collect points, you need at least 1000 achievement points in game. So that's not going to work if you don't have characters.

My warmane account is 8 years old dude lol also i figured it, i downloaded MoP and for some reason my characters name was blank and when i clicked it, it told me my name was no longer valid and i had to remake my name, thats why it wasnt showing up in the lists because there wasnt actually a name, but now my character isn't a level 90 pandaren shadow priest, hes a level 90 BE Mage with no name so im super confused what in the hell happened to my char
