Site Account Locked from support (IP Ban)

My account is locked out of the store and website donation, including support to write tickets due to "Suspicious IP behavior". The IP listed is one from Russia, although I live in the United States. I would imagine this would mean that my account had been hacked previously and banned accordingly. Can I get this unbanned from the store and support so I can purchase things again. I am not banned in game.

I have tried to make this request into a ticket (as I am supposed to do) but as mentioned above, I am banned from making a support ticket. I am not banned in game on my account on any realm and I would like to be unbanned from the website to make donations/use the website features properly.

Got it, just saw the other post with the link to email. Seems kind of silly that I'm banned from using the website ban appeal. Looks like it's most likely because I used a VPN at some point or another. I have no idea why it'd be instantly banned from the website when I've never been banned in game.
