Site Donation went through but wasn't credited for it..

Made a donation yesterday and unfortunately at the end of the payment it came up with an error "Transaction wasn't Complete" but money was taken from my account.. I've paid for the 'premium membership' but it hasn't been credited to my account.. see images below

I've tried both via forums and facebook to get in contact with someone from warmane but I've had no luck so far...

If it says that transaction was not completed, money should be automatically returned to you in about 1 week. If you still want to donate, you can either use prepaid cards like Mint or contact Paymentwall support to try solving the problem.

I hope so... I tried again using a different browser and it did the same thing.. took my money but came up "Transaction wasn't Completed"

If it rejected your card once, it won't accept it without contacting Paymentwall support.

I think I'll wait now to see if my money is returned before I try MINT >.< very frustrating.

Just an FYI for anyone else having this issue, I had to disable popup blocker in firefox for the payment to go through apparently it was stopping something called 3D secure from working correctly.
