Technical Character retrieval

Hello,

I'm an old player that played since 2011 but couple of years ago I stopped and now I would like to play again. I was a donator back then. I had high geared paladin on WotLK on Ragnaros server and I was wondering if you could retrieve it. It would be such a shame since a lot of time was placed on that character... I want to play it again with him. If it's possible to be transferred to Icecrown server.

Hello mate,
I am in the same situation. I had vast range of characters on WotLK and Cata servers and now it is all gone. I have made a ticket over day ago and wrote to [email protected], as some suggested on forums, but as of now to no avail. Please, if you can, let me know how your things go, because I wonder how to handle this situation as well.
