cannot que for Halls of Reflection normal or HC in dungeon finder (wotlk)

says i need better gear, but i am 5k gs atm.
also i was able to que for it a few weeks ago but now it is locked. (i checked my raid lockout and it is not in there.)

anyone help?

I think all slots of EQ require to have at least ilvl 180 to queue up for HoS
