Technical Can not interact

Dear GM's and Community a strange bug occurred on my char today when making quests to switch from aldor to scryer after completing the tormenting eye gathering quest and reaching the neutral status with the scryers now i am unable to interact with Magister Fyalenn in the Scryers Tier to give rings for reputation is there a workaround for this error or is the GM able to help me with something?

I found a work around for the situation i did the aldor gather quest and redone the scryers gather quest and all solved. Mod you can close and delete this topic.
