Why I can not donate money on my acc?

Guessing by your username you're most likely from Serbia, like me, or other Balkan countries. We're on Paymentwall's (Paymentwall is ****ty service over which Warmane is currently receiving donations) blacklist and there's no way to donate for us right now. Who knows when they're gonna lift the ban from our country. Sorry
