They don't ban people without sufficient evidence. Are you sure it was about ToC raid?
Make a ban appeal and wait for response. Getting a response will take several days.

yes ofc i did'nt do raid just toc 25 and not worth for my 6.2 warr gs so am so mad for that maybe people thout the ress scroll and back for toc ninja loot

If you took any item for yourself (or for somebody else while you being the masterlooter) even green item, you will be banned. In your case you will remain banned for 60 days if it is the first time for you to ninja. No ban appeal will help you in your case.
Just don't take items that doesn't belong to you next time and avoid getting banned.

Did you state it in the spam, and perhaps before bosses? You said BoEs, aka Binds on Equip -items. That's not same as orbs and patterns.
