Cannot use character name after deletion

Hi, I'm trying to reuse a name for a another character after I deleted it, and cannot reuse the name again all it says at the character creation screen is that the name is currently unavailable even though I know the name is not taken... please help asap. Trying to create this character and been waiting for some fix for the last week but seems like nothing is happening.

you need to wait 30 days to use that name again

It doesn't make sense for a level 1 character to be stored, it even states this on the character restoration screen:

"- Characters under level 75 are not stored upon deletion and cannot be restored"

So it would seem that this is a serious bug that needs to be fixed asap

it's not a bug, it was an intentional change.

So what would happen if I restore the character and delete it again directly afterwards, would the name then be available for usage or will it still be stored?

Name would be flagged as taken for another 30 days if you restore and delete it again.
