Why did i get bann?

Hi guys!Today,I tried to logg into my account,and I saw that I got banned,for no reason.Could I get help from a staff member?
(I didn't log into my account for like 4 months,so maybe I got hacked,myself never advertised any other server or service on warmane servers)
