WotLK I have 2 problems

Peace be upon everyone,

as i said i have 2 problems and i need some help :

1 - I forgot the username/password/gmail of my old account and at this point i don't know what to do (character's name: Vatou)
2 - I downloaded the game but the settings don't wanna apply and everytime i close the game and re open it's as if nothing was set.

if someone could help me i'd be grateful. bye

1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Right click WoW folder, select "Properties" and uncheck "Read-only".
