Yesterday 4:00a.m i was playing battlegrounds when suddenly my account had been banned and i never been in a dungeun, it must be a mistake because the reason was : Your account has been suspended for 4 days and 11 hours due to the sack of Ninja in a dungeon. Please check the ticket faster as possible. Thanks

You can make a ban appeal using support system on website but ban appeal tickets are lowest priority and usually take around 1 week. So you won't get unbanned earlier in any case.

I am not sure what exactly you mean with "i never been in a dungeun" but bans can be given for something that you have done several days ago.

A ticket reply takes 2-5 days, you were probably in a dungeon and rolled on items which didn't conform your spec and class. The ban was given by a gm and you can't do much, cz the ban duration is too short for an appeal
