1. Copyright Infringement

I recently downloaded the client of World Of Warcraft 3.3.5a from Warmane official website(used Free Download Manager) and played this game for several days. But yesterday I got a ALERT from my local network provider AT&T by Blizzard Entertainment Inc. I downloaded the game at 20, January. the alert was sent at January, 23.

so I want to ask, do u guys in USA also have that problem? and What should I do now?

  2. I'm in Illinois. I've had similar issues with my Comcast internet. Not with WoW because I haven't actually downloaded it in a long time. I keep a copy on a second hard drive so I just copy that when needed. I did have a similar complaint from Bethesda for downloading Skyrim. Generally its just a warning. If they keep getting complaints about illegal downloading they'll probably suspend or block your account. My advise would be to just keep a copy on a spare drive or something so you don't have to download again. If you do have to download again, take an old laptop and download it at McDonald's or Subway or a nice coffee shop. Also, I was behind a VPN and that didn't seem to stop them from catching me so I wouldn't bother trying that. Basically the idea would be to not use a service that has your name on the account if you are going to do such things. They're always watching, lol.
