Technical Restarting every time I enter wow

Hello !
I downloaded wow few weeks ago and this happened few times back but it would fix by itself, now it wont :
Every time I enter wow its starts cinematic and it restarts all settings on default like I entered for the first time, how do I fix this ?

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"
