My name is nicolas, I been playing warmane since it was Molten, back in the days i get all my characters deleted because the rename of the website and the game or something but thats not the point. I have the same characters from when this server change to Warmane and get the 25 coins gift for the troubles and several instant 80.
My questions is, why all my 6 o 7 characters got deleted? Is this beacuse of the clean up or i just get hacked? Regardless whats is it i need to know what's happening and what to do, there was a lot of hours invest in this server and i need an answer

Same problem with me, the entire team of GM and Suportes cannot answer us, i waitng by 4 days an nothing, i think them is so uselles..

If you missed the character transfer period from Ragnaros & Deathwing characters to Icecrown (which lasted just over a year), which ended a couple years ago, then the characters are gone from my understanding. I don't believe there is any restoring or retrieving them unless you have your WEBS file back-up.
