[ANSWERED]Characters deleted?

Hello, I have not played in about 3 years and I come back to what appears to be an entire account wipe....

I have checked under https://www.warmane.com/account/services for character restoration, but there are none available for any servers on my account.

Is there any chance there is a backup somewhere? This really sucks, I spent alot of points on my account.


/Edit read further down it appears they are being deleted every 6 months. Unfortunately military service won't allow me to afford the luxury of playing very often. Cheers and best of luck to the server.

If you cannot find characters under services -> character restoration then it means they are gone.
