Lichbloom and Icethorn-inconsistenet spawn timer

Hi All,

I just noted that both Lichbloom and Icethorn spawn inconsistently.(i do have gatherer addon)
lets say one time the herb resawns at 2:45 min then randomly around 4:45 and 10 mins like so on which makes the gatherer add on useless except for the node markings.
what exactly is the respawn timer of the two herbs here in ice crown?

DUDE dont even get me started on Lichbloom..

I have spent days on end before trying to farm that **** with gatherer addon also and doing a giant storm-peak/wintergrasp/icecrown loop, I have flown one day for 10 hours with a few breaks in between for food/bio etc and I came away with two stacks of Lichbloom...... there are too many botters here that's for sure, also people who abuse the phasing and ninja all the nodes while invisible to you..

Depressing story but truth.

Also you're 100% right with respawn timers being random, I once waited at a node for 2hours while semi-afk and then again within 3mins..
