Site Did not receive my coinss

I donated for 100 coins + the 18 extra, i've not received anything around 15 minutes after purchase.. I've already opened a ticket but i'm concerned with what's going to happen...

Hi there, I've got the same problem. Donated like 5 minutes ago. They say it may take up to 30 minutes but I never had to wait. So I'm a little bit scared now.
