    Problem with faction change

    Trying to buy faction change with points and i logged off the client 30 minutes ago, but it still says ''Your account must be offline to purchase faction change''.
    Is it bugged?

    No. Try to log in-exit game and wait for 10-20mins..it happens sometimes
