Site Can't access my account

Hello,
Recently I wanted to come back and play some WoW on Warmane server. When I tried to log in to the website, the password got changed because I didn't use account in some time. I was supposed to get an email with a new password/password reset link The problem is that I never got that email, nor the ones I wanted to get through the recovery system. Please help with getting my account back.

Of course this is a new account just to write this message.
