more info about servers

i attempted to use the search but didnt really find the answers yet or maybe im just blind

are the servers full pvp? as in open world pvp always enabled?
and which server and side has the most english players? i have tried some of the most populous private servers out there but they were all PVE only, or entirely filled with spanish players so that didnt work so well in dungeons etc

yes, all server are full pvp as soon as I am aware. and english is definitely the dominant language over here

Full pvp worldwide, 19/20 guilds are english speaking
