Website coinrecovery for old accounts

Hello Community. I want that warmane recover Points for Accounts that have been deleted during serverwipe. In my case , i stopped playing for 4 years, and now my charakters have been deleted with donated items for 500$. I think that its not fair that Admin Just say "you missed the time for transfer". So a coinrecovery for those deleted chars should be standard.
Btw i didnt got an e-mail that told me that i have to transfer my charakters. So am i the only one who think, that this isnt really fair?

There was no "server wipe," our database was stolen so we lost most information we had. We returned coins, gave character boosts and other things to our players, and that persisted for over an year (around 18 months I believe). You didn't play or care about your account or to even keep yourself remotely informed about Molten/Warmane for over four years (it's been over that since the theft happened). You only came back years after the whole period we were offering that, so as you were told you are simply too late by now. This isn't something up to suggestions, and not even a suggestion in the first place.
