I have visa electron prepaid card and when I try to donate the pop-up message says. We were unable to authorize your card/vasa kartica nije povrdjena. I am from Serbia. I searched for answers in all forums and I can't get a straight answer. People have suggested that I use VPN and donate like that, but I think that's illegal. Is there anything I can do to donate?
