WotLK Getting banned for literally nothing

Hi.I've been playing on warmane for a couple of month now.so earlier today i was gonna log in and it said you're banned and stuff and i checked the website and it said your're banned because of advertising.I honestly have no idea what did i advertise and i'm pretty sure there was a mistake some where.i've gotten ip banned and i can not sumbit a ticket on website because they have restricted there too.So i'd really appreciate if u could help me figure this out.
I'm pretty sure i have done nothing wrong at all and at first I didn't really know what advertising mean.
So um,help me here please and tell me what should i do.

send an email to [email protected] , and avoid using vpn's. you can easily land on a banned ip and this is what happens.
