Burning Crusade Lost character

I've seen another post about this, however I've been absent from the game for quite a while and I've lost my characters.
I was on the outland realm. This was the last time I played.

Is there any hope for retrieving my old characters?

Log in game and check if your characters are there if you haven't already. Your characters must have lost their names during inactivity cleanup so they won't show up in character list on website.

If your characters are not there, you can try to make a support ticket on website here or send an email to [email protected] but I don't know if they will be able to help you.
