WotLK Question about transmog

Hey there,

Just purchased a scroll of deception and some goggles that I planned on using to transmog for my 19 twink. I must have been unaware that you needed to be able to actually use the item as far as level restrictions go.

Is there any work around for this or am I just out 20 coins? :/

Should've read about xmogs 1st.

Only option is my account -> support -> create ticket -> item misbuy, if it's done within 24 hours of purchase.

If you already used a scroll, you might not get a refund for that.

Didn't use the scroll, and even the rules about xmogs are kind of unclear when it comes to level. States that it must be a usable gear type in reference to the classification, but nothing about level

Can a level 1 toon equip a lvl 80 bow? No, it can't.
Can a level 15 toon equip a lvl 16 sword? No, it can't.
