Site Cant login on main step 2 auth account nor ingame

Hello,
I cant login to my main account nor can i login game
I dont get my step 2 code. After trying several time i finally was able to login here and hence asking. Sometimes when i try to login website i get a timedout / host error page. I cannt login to my main account ingame as well since im not getting the step 2 auth code. Is there somthing wrong.

Hello Warmane-Staff,

I‘m trying to help out a friend of mine who‘s somehow barred from using the website and his account and therefore unable to open a ticket himself.

He is in a bit of a predicament here. He tried logging into his warmane-outland account today but for some reason unknown to me he is not able to log in. He dosn‘t get the authenticator code sent to him via email and when he tries logging into his account on the warmane-website he gets a random gateway error. This is quite weird, because everything on the website he can interact with, except for login. If he enters his credentials the website takes forever to load and eventually always goes to gateway-error.

my friend has the same problems! he isnt able to log in because he didn get the mail with the authentification code!
He also has the gateway error!

Can please any body from the staff help to fix the problems.

My friend can`t log in too. The thing is, that mine friend can`t even log in in account on this webcite. And can`t get the code on e-mail. There is something wrong with recaptcha. When will u fix it?

Having exact same problem, i think it might be site related, google auth code says invalid too.
