Site Account creation is not working

Hi,

Submitting this on behalf of my friend because he cannot create an account and you can't create a forum post without an account. When he enters his information then clicks "Create an Account", the page briefly flashes, but all of the fields are still filled in and nothing else happens. If he tries again, it says the email is already in use. I tried to create it for him, but got the same result. Tried Chrome and Firefox and multiple gmail accounts.

Is the verification email system not working right now? I'm happy to supply the emails and account names he tried to staff.

I tried to create a support ticket instead of using a forum post, but it only lets me choose "Ban Appeal" for the reason.

My friends is having this exact issue right now. What fixed it for you? (We tried over 10 different emails -- YES, they're all @gmail.com)

Pretty sure the ReCaptcha is the thing that is ****ing it up
EDIT: Yup, getting error prompts from recaptcha : {"messages":{"error":["The recaptcha challenge failed, try again."]}}

its not only 2fa but whole website not working also password and login recovery not working website is not responding

Same here, two of my friends tried to create an account, none of 'em could.
