    Can't buy Noggenfogger elixirs

    Hey everyone,

    So today I wanted to buy some Noggenfogger elixirs, but I couldn't, the NPC isn't showing the buy window. I've already bought some in the past, so I have obviously completed the pre-requisite quests. I'm not at war with any faction, in fact I'm friendly with Gadgetzan.

    What's the issue?
