hello, in first sorry for my bad English im french and i Don't know if someone of the staff speak french so….

Ok, to clarify the situation,
i stop playing wow for a moment ( a long moment ok..) and today i would like to resume but i can't find my account… i have the same mail, and i have the name account to but no more caracter on this..
in addition i had bought a vip account ( 40 Euros) …

i have the mail since 2014 and the mail wich specifies my vip account purchase.

i Don't change my email from the begginning so i Don't understand what happens…

someone can help me ? if i can help to resume the problem, with some picture of my purchase on my mail, i can.
