Greetings.

I wanted to ask how botting ban system works. Today my guildie got banned for botting, however i know she never bots.
I was wondering how to prove the person is NOT botting?
She has a few well geared characters on the same account that got banned. I doubt people, that are actually botting use it on their main accounts.


Is there any chance to clear this sutiation?

Greetings, tell her to make a ban appeal on the website and it will be solved.
