If I found out how to LEGALLY leave the DK start zone early using a very unknown method, and become a 59 Twink by locking XP, is that against the rules? If I was reported, would I have to explain how I got out, or allowed to play in peace?

You are not allowed to leave starting zones until all the quests are complete.
