Suspended/Hacked account

Hello,

I just decided to log into my account and check my characters. Unfortunately, I was surprised to see that my account is somehow suspended. I have not logged in from a long time and the IP address which is banned due to advertising is not even familiar to me, it is from a different country.

How can I remove the suspension and re-activate my account? Please someone with a similiar issue in the past to give me advise and help me out! I really want to get my account back. The IP address is from Ukraine, while I live in Bulgaria.

I cannot even open a support ticket - Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
The reason for the ban is Advertising.
