Technical I don't get any verifications on my email.

I don't know if i am supposed to write down the email i am talking about
but that's not my main account i used to have another one, no i did not spend
any money on the account or got banned but after taking a break i forgot my username
and so i tried to get it back by going to the i forgot my username tab i put my email in the
empty box and then i waited for 1 day 2 days 1 week and no emails came so i am asking a
staff member if its possible to fix this issue and help me get back my old account.
If there are any missing details please let me know.
