No email

Been trying for over an hour. I’m not getting the email for authentication for log in in game or log in to the website. Why? Had to log into another account to ask yall here. Plz help

He also cannot create an account. Tried with different mail adresses but nothing came. Please help.

This is a joke. I suggest eceryone to remove authentication totally. It only causes problems. I have to auth once every week at least ingame, then the same on the website, need to fight that new, stupid recaptcha with changing images now, and after all this... THIS. No email, not even able to log in with my authenticator-enabled accounts, nothing. Good thing I forgot at least one account to register. As soon as I have access to my accounts again, I'm removing this silly, useless function.

Yeaaah, 2f autorisation is mandatory for traiding via website shop and again i can't receive email even to log for playing.

You cant remove it as you can't log into website due to 2-step auth which is not arriving. Having the same problem. Had to log from someone else's account to contact staff. Sent e-mail, no response yet.
