WotLK Account says closed not sure why.

Hello Support,

My account says closed and I am not aware why this would be.
Trying to log in it says closed in game, and website it does not say it exist.


I would like to inquire what happened to my account.

If you log in to it on the website there would be a brief reason saying why you are banned. You can send an email to [email protected] to ask why.

It doesn't even say that. It's as my account never existed. (can't login, can't request a password reset).
