Account banned due to advertising

Good day , i played yesterday on my second account when i came today to visit my friend in another city, my account has been baned because someone hacked on my account and advertised something. I have a picture witch shows a diffrent IP addres then my home IP. I live in Serbia and the diffrent addres is in America. When i logged in it said it had logged 3 hours ago from a diffrent IP and you can see from my log in history i logged from my ip from Serbia. I don't advertise or promote any servers or services i play on warmane for 9 years now and it never happend. I would never advertise on my account knowing that will get it banned, because i grinded and played too much to risk losing my accaunt. You can even check my characters are geared not some randome letters. Who ever reads this i plea to you that you see im not a robot or advertising anything, please if you could lift my ban so i can continue playing wowtlk on Warmane
