Technical Donate

Hello!

So my friend tried to use donate on my account with his card and it gave back the money saying transaction failed. Now I cannot proccess a new donation because it says I need to verify my latest failed transaction. But when I click on start inquiry a white window pop-ups and nothing happens.

Any suggestions?

Well first thing that comes to mind is this page http://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=65037 which says "Donating on behalf of other players is not allowed"
Second thing is contacting paymentwall since they're the ones processing all the payments, not Warmane. Warmane just gets "notified" about the donation.
