At this moment I'm just really dissapointed with the support I'm getting from Warmane.
I donated on September 8, 2019 300 eur. For an internet error, I ended up getting 2 charges of 300 eur. I opened a ticket, and warmane staff solved it quickly (I am grateful for that).
The problem was, at the same moment the coins from doubled donation were deleted from my account, I got a ban too for fraudulent payments. Day 11 of September.
I can understand that is a mistake, maybe caused by some automatic process or human error, but the problem is that today, Day 27 of September, I'm still banned, and the last response I got was the 14th of September.
I writed to some Staff members via PM, and the answer was just "be patient", I writed to [email protected], and I got no answer, I opened another ticket for ban appeal, and got no answer...
Now, I'm just really dissapointed, because I donated 300 eur just to get banned for no reason and get ignored. I donated other times too so I was supporting the server since long ago but the first problem I had here, and it doesn't seems that warmane cares at all.
Warmane is a company after all, and we are the customers. I'm getting a really bad atention to solve a problem that was not my fault. So, who can I speak with, to solve that problem, and to be sure that takes a look at this process so nobody has this problem too in the future?
