I just purchased gold through trading 10 hours ago using my coins, but I still haven't received it.

Does anyone have any clue how long it's supposed to take? Am I misunderstanding something by chance?

I created a ticket but I haven't received any response yet.

Then check all of your chars's mail box (maybe you have bought them on a different character)
