So I was doing RDF HC, 3 of them was in the same guild, they kicked a player for the lol, then they advertise their guild carry service, with a fee of 500g. I then got kicked some time after because maybe, I didn't respond to their advertising.
Is this in any way punishable?
3 of them that in the same guild are above 6k gs and I'm at above 5k gs. The other player who got kicked (who did nothing wrong/not afk) was also high gs.

Depends, how it all went out. Did you just randomly join RDF and they got in the same group, and demanded 500g for carry or kick?
In-game ticket with evidence. Don't think you get more than "sorry for your bad (player) experience".
I'd consider it disruptive gameplay, if they queue together and force random members of RDF to pay or get kicked.

I don't think this is healthy for you. You have to realize that these things happen, will happen and has happened. When they don't - the game wont be worth playing.
Que again. Find people to play with. Negotiate. You have all the same options as any other player.

I'm saying that it is part of human behavior. And core of game is social interaction, full range of it. You cant laugh if you never cried.. bla bla all that, you get the point.
