1. Mistaken IP ban due to VPNs

    I use Nord VPN regularly, and it has never caused any problems with login until today. The WoW client told me I was IP banned for advertising until I disconnected from Nord, at which point I was able to login to the game and play normally without error; however, the Warmane site still claims I am IP banned at the account level even after disconnection, claiming I was advertising. At no point in my years on both Warmane and Molten (during which my account remains in good standing and I have frequently donated/collected points) have I ever engaged in advertising or any other infraction, and my chat logs on all characters should back that up (assuming it's possible to retrieve it). I believe this ban was mistakenly handed out due to possibly sharing a temporary IP address with someone who received a legitimate ban for adverts. I would much prefer to speak to a human being regarding this matter but I could find no such contact information on the site. I am petitioning Warmane to undo this ban ASAP, as I am currently locked out of Support/Services/Store, etc. and I have committed no infractions of the rules.
